Thats me, Joe Yocius AKA LowCounty Joe. The wind and salt has made my skin like leather but the love of the South Carolina Lowcountry lifestyle burns deep in my heart. After fifteen (15) years with IBM I loaded my Bride Mary into the Jeep, headed due South from Pittsburgh and never looked back. Its been twenty five (25) years since I left and twenty five (25) years of selling real estate. The business has served me well with thousands of satisfied clients. This site is my newest. I have designed it to be "very very basic" and to the point. I have found over the years simplicity is what my clients and customers want.
